About the Sedona Ladies Underground Giving!

We meet on the second Wednesday of each month. Each month, a SLUG member identifes an experience they would like to share with the other SLUGs and our partner organization, the Sedona YMCA. From yoga to wellness screenings, from glass art to biodynamic farming, there are infinite varied possibilities of what the SLUGs may be up to each month. Don't have an idea? Connect with some of the other SLUGs and get inspired. Here's the latest news about us.

Welcome Sedona SLUGs!

My journey with the Seattle SLUGs began in March of 2011. I began attending monthly gatherings of strong powerful women who were passionate about giving back to the community through following their bliss. When I moved to Sedona, that passion was reignited by an inspiring talk by Marianne Williamson on March 1st, 2013, who has been named one of the fifty most influential baby boomers of our time. Marianne moved me to continue the work of contribution in Sedona that I began in Seattle by starting a Sedona Chapter.

The very next day, following Marianne’s talk, I met one of the women who would share the co-leading with me and felt the support of the universe in my alignment of choosing to lead the SLUGs (Sedona Chapter). I have been meeting amazing, creative, powerful women ever since.

I have been so blessed in my life with a wonderful family and immense opportunities and I feel called to give back to the community. I am sure each one of you can look at your own life and realize all the blessings you have been given. The beautiful thing is that, in giving, we receive. Gifts of love and smiles and connection and joy and creativity can only multiply.
Let’s give back. Let’s contribute to this beautiful world by giving and receiving love and healing. Let’s make a difference on our planet and let’s start today.

My Passions and My Gifts:
I am passionate about connecting people with their purpose. As an Intuitive Life Coach, I truly believe each one of us has a unique and beautiful purpose, a gift to share with our radiant world, a way to contribute to this magnificent planet. My vision is a shining human family with all people living out their purpose in a whole and meaningful way, thereby eradicating poverty, eradicating starvation, eradicating abuse of women, children, animals, and workers, eradicating the destruction of Gaia, our loving earth, eradicating racism, eradicating homophobia, eradicating sexism and classism and prejudice based on religion, faith or creed, eradicating deep separation between countries, between groups of people, between family members, leaving only infinitely abundant love, leaving only the whole connection that has always been there, leaving only lasting peace, leaving only full creativity, joy and self-expression.

Each one of us is “more powerful beyond measure”. Each one of us has a beautiful gift to share with the world. Sometimes it merely takes a group of supportive, loving women to coax the light in each one of us to shine and shine brightly for Sedona and for all the world to see.

Hobbies and Interests:
I love my beautiful, loving funny wife. We were one of the first couples in the State of Washington to be married on December 9th, 2012. Shortly after our wedding, we were called to embark on a World Wide Love Tour to bring love to wherever we go. We found ourselves here in Sedona and we are loving the sun, the stunning red rock, and the friendly people.

I love creative collage and multi-media journaling and self-expression. I love yoga and running in care for this temple that houses my spirit. I love hiking and camping and basking in the beauty of nature. I love connecting people with other people. I love meditation and spiritual practices connecting us to the One, the All, the One.

I love my awesome nieces and nephews and look forward to expanding our own family in July of 2013. I love my family in Ohio and my heart people, who live across the country and across the globe. I love honoring this precious life with gratitude for each day, each hour, each moment that I have breath in my lungs to create, to connect, to love.
